Mike LaRocque has specialized in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial properties in the North Los Angeles area for more than two decades. With numerous transactions to his credit in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Conejo Valleys, he brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Mike has been successfully involved in all aspects of industrial and commercial real estate. He specializes in providing quality service to his clients and continues to represent many of the individuals and organizations he originally worked with in the 1980’s. He combines market knowledge, experience and rapport with an aggressive marketing style that is effective whether he is representing a Buyer, Seller, Owner or User.
His ability to work well with many diverse individuals and companies while directing them toward mutual ground has resulted in the completion of many transactions that would not have been finalized otherwise. His experience and perseverance usually lead to a close while his dedication to the win-win philosophy has made him a top producer in good markets and bad.
Mike joined DAUM in 1999. He has earned President’s Club honors annually and is consistently among the top producers in the company.
He also enjoys an excellent reputation among his peers. His ability to work well with other brokers enables Mike to promote and successfully complete cooperative transactions in an efficient and timely manner.

Mike was born in Los Angeles, raised in the San Fernando Valley and attended Van Nuys High School. He served four years with the Marine Corps which included two decorated tours in Vietnam. He then completed his education with a degree from Cal State Northridge.
He has been actively involved in youth sports and has served as President of the Agoura/Oak Park Youth Football league. He has coached youth football, baseball and girls’ softball for many years.
Mike resides in Agoura Hills with his wife Lynn, who is also a broker with DAUM specializing in Office Sales and Leasing. Of their two children, daughter Jackie is finishing up her degree at California State University Northridge and working at DAUM Commercial Real Estate as a Marketing Assistant. Son Joey graduated from Oregon State in 2008 and is now a linebacker for the Chicago Bears.
