Mr. Shan Lee has been in the commercial real estate business since 1988. Mr. Lee joined DAUM in 1989 and has been a consistent top performer in DAUM’s City of Industry office. Mr. Lee has been in Top 10 and President Club members for many years. He was awarded as one of the Top Ten brokers in San Gabriel Valley by San Gabriel Valley Economic Partnership in 2003 and 2004. He ranked no. 2 company wide in 2006. He has also been involved in property development and management of different property types which is a tremendous asset to help his clients make the right choices and decisions.
Mr. Lee’s major clients include many public companies both domestic and overseas, financial institutions, REITs, major developers and regional companies. He has a large client base in financial, computer, apparel, tools, food and furniture industries.
Mr. Lee came from a very extensive background and experience in engineering and financial services industries. Prior to joining DAUM, Mr. Lee has worked for multi-international companies such as Citibank and Philips. The working experience in the computer, communication, information technology and financial services industries gives him greater insight and understanding of the needs of his clients.
Mr. Lee has two master degrees, one in electrical engineering from University of Texas and another in business management from USC. The balanced educational background provides him with strong analytical skills, unyielding discipline and extensive knowledge of the industries that he serves. He has extensive contacts in Pacific Rim countries and is also fluent in Chinese.
Mr. Lee is a member of AIR. He is involved with various community organizations, such as Kiwanis, Hacienda Heights Improvement Association (HHIA), Chinese American Information Technology Association (CAITA), and Chinese American Engineers & Scientists Association (CESASC).
