President’s Club
DAUM believes that recognition for a job done well is important. Every year we recognize our top producers by designating them as President’s Club members. We then celebrate their success with a five-day, all expense paid trip for the agent and a guest to a world-class resort. Great people having a great time, it doesn’t get any better than that.  Earn gross commissions of $400,000 or more during the calendar year and you are on your way to an unforgettable trip.

Celebrating the Holidays Together
DAUM hosts a first-class Holiday Party in December for every employee and a guest.  Typically the event is held at the Jonathan Club in downtown Los Angeles.  The semi-formal event is not only a great way to help celebrate the Holiday Season, but also a great opportunity to meet with other colleagues from other offices.

DAUM Ski Day
DAUM hosts an annual “Ski Day” at a local ski resort each February for any employee or agent that wants to do battle with the mountain.  Typically the event is held at the Mountain High Ski Resort and is another opportunity to meet and develop relationships with other DAUM professionals throughout the company, while enjoying a fun day of skiing or snowboarding in the California snow.

Cocktail Mixers & Group Sporting Events
Throughout the year the company offers several cocktail mixers and group sporting events that vary in venue and office participation, from a mixer at the Jonathan Club to a night at the Dodgers, Angels, Lakers or Clippers.  DAUM believes in the value of not only creating relationships in your main branch office, but throughout the entire organization.

Client Appreciation Events
DAUM offices will often host client appreciation events to thank our clients for their continued business and ultimately their trust in us provide best-of-class service.  In 2005 our Newport Beach office hosted a dinner cruise in the Newport Harbor for a dozen of its best clients.  These types of events offer our agents and managers the ability to solidify the relationships and trust that they’ve worked so hard to cultivate and DAUM understands that repeat business is the best business.
