Benjamin Johnson brings an energetic and aggressive pursuit of client service to DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services.  Ben has quickly become an industrial sales and leasing specialist for the West Valley, with over $85 Million in industrial sales and leasing transactions since his start in 2006. Ben is a third generation Arizona native.  Born and raised in Tempe, AZ by his parents Carl and Kathy Johnson, he was introduced to the world of commercial real estate at a young age.  He attended Corona Del Sol High School and later attended Mesa Community College, followed by Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI. Ben shows an unparalleled commitment to the West and Central Valley, and takes the time to diligently research current market conditions on behalf of all his clients.  It is this commitment that drives Ben to “Know the Market” and be labeled an Industrial Specialist.
