Jack Nersesian began his real estate career as Broker’s Assistant at Re/Max of Glendale in 2005. In 2005, Jack pursued his Real Estate License and studied Financial Services at California State University Northridge. In May of 2008, Jack left Re/Max to broaden his skills as a Content Manager and Financial Assistant for a start-up technology company. He then pursued his Master’s Degree in Finance to get a better understanding of financial analysis and modeling. From there, Jack went on to join DAUM in June 2008 as a Research Analyst. Jack brings a broad level of experience to DAUM in the areas of research, financial analysis and modeling, as well as a strong understanding and background in statistical mining, analytics and information technology.
At DAUM, Jack provides value-added research, marketing and analysis support for nine brokerage locations, throughout Southern California and Phoenix, Arizona. Jack’s main responsibilities include: data collection, market analysis, and providing financial analysis for lease, sale and investment properties. He also creates and prepares a variety of project-specific reports, which include marketing and analysis for DAUM agents, clients and government agencies. Jack brings to DAUM, a strong and positive work ethic, detail-oriented nature, and a customer-driven and solutions-based attitude.
