Professional Experience

Judy brings to DAUM many years of sales, marketing and administrative experience working in a large corporate environment.  She leads the administrative support staff for our Ventura County office location and places high value on our team receiving the highest level of support. Judy’s main responsibilities include: producing lease contracts, sales and investment contracts, listing agreements, proposals, financial matters such as invoicing and accounts receivable/payable. She also assists the Branch Manager with compliance, ensuring licenses are kept current and maintaining documentation and records required by the Bureau of Real Estate. Other areas of knowledge: creating digital and printed marketing materials, maintaining property database and property signage, arranging sales meetings and tracking sales and revenue pipelines.
She started her career working for Wells Fargo Payroll Services as a Sales Consultant. Following six years with Wells Fargo, she worked as an insurance agent for The Auto Club of Southern California and shortly after, transitioned to DAUM and has been an essential part of our team for the last 5 years as the Administrator for Ventura County.
Judy coaches high school volleyball at St. Bonaventure High School in Ventura and a travel team with Rise Volleyball Club-Ventura in the spring. She also works as a freelance production artist for a small clothing company in Los Angeles.

Judy is originally from Ventura, CA and currently resides there with her husband and their two dogs.
