A Pasadena native, Wes joined DAUM in 2020 after graduating from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA; majoring in Business Administration. Throughout his education, he found passion in the electives of philosophy, world history, and macroeconomics.

He focuses on leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial property in the San Gabriel Valley. With deep family ties to the community spanning back to the 1920s, he prides himself on knowing the streets and the area’s history in a manner that best suits his clients.

In his free time, he enjoys skiing and surfing; traveling; working on vintage cars; and spending time with his loved ones.
