DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented both the Buyer and the Seller in the sale of a 56,000 square foot industrial parcel of land located in El Monte, CA. The purchase price was $1,400,000 ($25 PSF).
Charles Johnson of DAUM’s Industry office represented both parties in the transaction. The property is located at 12346 Valley Blvd.
