DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale of a 15,525 square foot industrial building, located at 1220 Knollwood Circle in Anaheim, CA. The total consideration was $1,765,375 ($114 PSF).

Steve Pearson of DAUM’s Newport Beach office represented both parties in the transaction.  The sellers have retired and are looking forward to enjoying the proceeds from their sale.  The purchasers plan to remodel the building and set up a commissary operation to service multiple grocery stores in the area with freshly prepared foods.
