DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented both parties in the sale of a 25,900 square foot multi-tenant office building in Orange, CA.  The property is located at 2230 W Chapman Avenue and sits on 1.15 acres of land. The total consideration of the sale was $3,300,000 ($127 PSF).
