DAUM REPRESENTS BOTH PARTIES IN THE SALE OF A $3.25 MILLION INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN CORONA, CA 

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented both parties in the sale of a 24,059 square foot, freestanding industrial building, located in Corona, CA. The total consideration of the sale was $3,250,000 ($135 PSF).

Chris Migliori of DAUM’s Orange County office represented Corey & Corey, LLC (seller) and Steve Crane, also of DAUM’s Orange County office represented, Deercreek Corona, LLC (buyer) in the transaction. The industrial building is located at 1801 Railroad Street.
