Chris Migliori and Kara Guarienti of DAUM’s Orange County office teamed up to represent the buyer, Dr. Frank Shahidi and the seller, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in the transaction.  The property is located at 16411 Scientific Way in Irvine, CA.  The two-story, 9,900 square-foot building sits on 0.26 acres of land and was built in 2007.
