DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented both parties in the sale of a 64,296 square foot, industrial leased investment building, located in City of Irwindale. The total consideration of the sale was $8,120,000 ($126 PSF).

Dennis Sandoval and Tom Phelan of DAUM’s Industry office represented both Rexford Industrial Realty, LP (buyer) and J & R Taylor Brothers Associates, Inc. (seller) in the transaction. The Pet Food Production Plant is located at 16321 Arrow Hwy in City of Industry.
