The property is located at 2905-2933 Oceanside Boulevard and sits on approximately 3.05 acres of land. The total consideration of the sale was not disclosed.

Mike Barreiro of DAUM’s Newport Beach office represented both the seller, The Gildred Companies, and the buyer, Circle Industrial 154, LLC in the transaction.
