DAUM REPRESENTS BUYER IN ACQUIRING 6.35 ACRE SITE IN EL MONTE, CA

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented Baldwin Park Homes, LLC in the acquisition of a 276,606 square foot industrial property located in El Monte, CA. The total consideration of the purchase was $6,200,000.
Charles Johnson of DAUM’s City of Industry office represented the buyer in the transaction. The property is located at 3017 N Rumford Avenue.
Barbara Emmons of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.
