DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented 810 E Washington, LLC in the acquisition of a 14,500 square foot industrial building in Los Angeles, CA.  The building is located at 810 E. Washington Boulevard and was built in 1958, offering 4,500 square feet of office space, 2 ground level loading doors, M1 zoning and fenced yard.  The total consideration of the sale was $2,300,000 ($159 PSF).

Hak Chung and Young Kim of DAUM’s Industry office represented the buyer, while Kee Kwon of North American Properties represented the seller in the transaction.
