DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented The DuCoing Family Trust  in the acquisition of a 16,154 square foot  multi-tenant industrial building situated on 37,897 square feet of land. The total consideration of the sale was $1,559,900 ($96.56 PSF).  The free standing multi-tenant industrial building offers a minimum warehouse clearance of 18’ and a 1.98:1 parking ratio. Built in 1973, the building has four (4) ground level doors and a fenced yard.
