DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented buyer in the acquisition of a 18,000 square foot industrial building in Bellflower, CA. The property is located at 8832 Ramona Street and consists of a 18,000 square foot building on 1.74 acres of land. The building was built in 1968 and offers 28’ clearance, 820 square feet of office space, grade level loading, a fenced yard and 4.0 per 1,000 parking. The total consideration of the sale was $1,365,500 ($76 PSF).
