DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented buyer in the acquisition of a 24,646 square foot industrial building in Los Angeles, CA.  The property is located at 901 E 61st Street and consists of a 24,656 square foot building on 0.77 acres of land.  The building was built in 1958 and offers 16’ clearance, 1,545 square feet of office space, five (5) grade level loading and two (2) dock high doors.  The total consideration of the sale was $2,070,000 ($84 PSF).
