DAUM REPRESENTS BUYER IN THE PURCHASE OF A $3.55 MILLION INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN COSTA MESA, CA

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 10,000 square-foot industrial building in Costa Mesa, CA. The property is located at 1721 Whittier Avenue and sits on approximately 21,344 square feet of land. The building was completed in 1977, and offers approximately 2,500 square feet of office, 16’ clearance, four (4) grade level loading positions, 800 amps of power and a fully fenced and paved yard. The total consideration of the sale was $3,550,000 ($355 PSF).
