DAUM REPRESENTS BUYER IN THE PURCHASE OF A RETAIL INVESTMENT PROPERTY IN PALM HARBOR, FL

DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented the buyer in the acquisition of a 5,550 square foot retail/restaurant building in Palm Harbor, FL. The property is located at 34900 U.S. Highway 19 North and is a pad site at the Fountains Plaza Shopping Center. The property is 100% leased to the current tenant, Wings Bar & Grill, and the total consideration of the sale was $2,740,750 ($493.83 PSF).
