DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. in the disposition of a 10,109 square foot industrial/flex building located in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The total consideration of the sale was $1.45 million ($143 PSF).  This high-image, freestanding building was built in 2001 and features approximately 7,087 square feet of two-story office, 22’ clearance and ground level loading.

Chris Migliori of DAUM’s Orange County office represented the seller in the transaction. The property is located at 30221 Aventura in the Saddleback/Tomas Business Park in Rancho Santa Margarita.
