The property is located at 145 W Santa Ana Street and sits on 1.02 acres of land. The building consists of 2,250 square feet of office and offers 18’ to 20’ clearance, two dock-high loading positions and one ground level loading door, and a fenced yard. The total consideration of the sale was $2,575,000 ($105 PSF).

Chris Migliori of DAUM’s Orange County office represented both parties in the transaction. The property was sold as leased investment, with EmilAmerica being the sole tenant in the building.
