DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented both TC Logistics, Inc. and DF Services, Inc. (sellers) in the disposition of a 85,000 square foot industrial building located at 2090 S. Baker Avenue in Ontario, CA. The total consideration of the sale was approximately $4.3 million ($50 PSF).

Jeff Chiao of RE/MAX Realty 100’s Diamond Bar office represented the buyer in the transaction.
