The property is located at 980 Discovery Lane, Bldg. 2 and is part of the Commercenter Anaheim II development. The free standing building was completed in 2002, and offers 3,071 sq. ft. of premium office space, 16’ clearance, and one (1) grade level loading door. The total consideration of the sale was $1,160,000 ($227.54 PSF).
