DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services announced today that it represented Newport Hill Corporation in the disposition of a 37,041 square foot industrial building on 1.7-acres of land, located in Anaheim, CA. The total consideration of the sale was $4.0 million ($108 PSF). The building features 9,700 square feet of office space and 22-foot clearance, making it an ideal corporate headquarter facility.
