Allen De Leon is an Associate at DAUM’s South Bay office specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial buildings.  Mr. De Leon joined the firm in 2022 while pursuing a business degree from the University of Southern California with a minor in Real Estate Development. During his time at USC, Allen worked alongside seasoned industry professionals with over 40 years of experience in the South Bay markets. This experience has given him the ability to provide comprehensive information to his clients. Allen brings to Daum a tenacious work ethic, market knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.
