Professional Experience
Alondra Salazar is a Southern California native and commercial real estate broker at DAUM’s City of Industry office, specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties across Greater Los Angeles. She works in partnership with her father, focusing on owner‑users, private investors, and local business owners who value a hands‑on, relationship‑driven approach. Alondra helps clients understand their options and the current value of their real estate, whether they are leasing space, selling a building, or investing in industrial property.
Over the past two years, she has been involved in more than $20 million in industrial sale transactions and multiple leasing assignments with national and regional tenants, single‑property owners, and investment groups seeking to stabilize or reposition their assets.
Alondra earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Technical/Professional Writing from San Francisco State University and began her career in interior design, experience that sharpened her eye for space functionality and redevelopment potential. She is also a graduate of the AIRCRE Next program for young professionals in Southern California, designed for rising brokers in the region’s industrial market. A former collegiate athlete and Moot Court competitor, she brings discipline, critical thinking, and strong communication skills to every assignment.
