Andrew began his career with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services. Established in 1904, DAUM is one of the oldest and most experienced real estate brokerage firms in Southern California. From the start of his career, Andrew has been able to uncover off market opportunities that continually satisfy and meet his clients’ requirements. Andrew specializes in both the sales and leasing of commercial, manufacturing and warehousing facilities in the Los Angeles Industrial and Commercial Markets in Southern California.

EDUCATION:
Andrew obtained his B.A. in Business Economics from California State University, Fullerton. After graduation, Andrew lived abroad in Madrid, Spain for a year to study Spanish and travel throughout Europe. Furthermore, Andrew participates in continuing education through real estate courses and conferences. After obtaining his California Real Estate Salesperson License, Andrew went on and achieved his California Real Estate Broker’s License and CCIM Designation.
