Bob joined DAUM as the Chief Financial Officer of the company in December 2000. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Bob adds a wide variety of experience to the company including: financial system design; financial reporting and analysis; mergers and acquisitions; strategic planning; shareholder value creation; federal, state and local tax planning and reporting; human resources; risk management; banking relations; and internal financial controls. Bob offers a unique blend of hands-on experience normally found in the nation’s largest corporations, combined with a degree of personal attention to client requirements that only smaller firms can provide.

Bob began his career with Price Waterhouse & Co. where he worked on a wide variety of clients in the retail, manufacturing, service and entertainment industries. Bob joined Coldwell Banker in 1979, and was part of a small management team that grew the company into a $1.7 billion operation that included real estate development and brokerage, relocation services, mortgage banking and banking subsidiaries. In 1993, Bob was part of the divestiture team that sold the major subsidiaries to multiple buyers as part of a strategic restructuring of Sears, Roebuck and Co. Prior to joining DAUM, Bob served as the Chief Financial Officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, Inc., a $70 million residential real estate franchisor with over 2,500 offices nationwide, and Gerald J. Sullivan & Associates, Inc., a large regional insurance services company.

At DAUM, Bob is responsible for treasury, accounting, property management, legal, tax, planning, risk management, shareholder relations, and human resources. As a shareholder in the company, Bob is driven to succeed and to provide best-of-class service and individualized personal attention to each of his clients.
