Bob joined Coldwell Banker in 1979, and was part of a small management team that grew the company into a $1.7 billion operation that included real estate development and brokerage, relocation services, mortgage banking and banking subsidiaries. In 1993, Bob was part of the divestiture team that sold the major subsidiaries to multiple buyers as part of a strategic restructuring of Sears, Roebuck and Co. Prior to joining DAUM, Bob served as the Chief Financial Officer of Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, Inc., a $70 million residential real estate franchisor with over 2,500 offices nationwide, and Gerald J.
