Chad Jacobson is an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience representing corporate, institutional, and private clients throughout North America and internationally. Combining executive leadership with an active brokerage practice, Chad specializes in developing and executing real estate strategies that help organizations improve operational efficiency, support growth initiatives, and maximize long-term value.

Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 1995, Chad has completed more than 325 transactions totaling approximately 14.5 million square feet with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $430 million. His experience spans industrial, office, investment, and corporate real estate assignments across 42 states and four countries, providing clients with extensive expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, site selection, portfolio optimization, and strategic occupancy planning.

Chad began his commercial real estate career with Charles Dunn Company as a Research Analyst in the San Fernando Valley. After only one year, he was promoted to Director of Research, where he played a key role in building one of the firm’s most respected research platforms. His leadership and contributions earned him recognition as the company’s 1996 Employee of the Year.

In 1998, Chad joined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services as Corporate Research Director and has been an integral part of the firm’s continued growth and success ever since. His accomplishments in brokerage, research, marketing, and operations led to progressive leadership roles including Vice President of Research & Marketing Services, Director of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President.

Today, Chad remains actively involved in brokerage and client representation while overseeing the firm’s operational platform and strategic initiatives. He directly manages the Woodland Hills, Camarillo, and Valencia offices and works closely with brokers and clients to deliver market intelligence, transaction expertise, and creative real estate solutions. His unique combination of transaction experience and executive leadership enables him to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of both market dynamics and business operations.
