Chris Rogers is a Phoenix native who began his commercial real estate career at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services in 2010 after graduating from the University of Arizona. He is known for building long-standing relationships with clients and industry partners and for delivering results across a wide range of transaction types.
Chris has represented both landlords and tenants in leases and sales of varying sizes and has extensive experience in investment sales, owner-user transactions, and new speculative development projects. He and his team specialize in industrial real estate throughout the Phoenix metro market, providing best-in-class advisory services that consistently drive repeat business.
Over the course of his career, Chris and his team have completed more than $1 billion in lease and sale transactions. He is a consistent top producer across DAUM’s 10 offices and regularly qualifies for the firm’s prestigious President’s Club. From 2019 to 2023, Chris co-led DAUM’s Young Guns training program, mentoring and training new hires companywide.
