CAREER SUMMARY & EDUCATION
Daniel Frees is an Associate Vice President at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services.  Daniel is a graduate from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA with a B.A. in Economics and a Minor in Marketing. Post graduation, Daniel joined DAUM in 2012 where he specializes in industrial and office commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining DAUM, Daniel has previously worked for companies such as Merrill Lynch and Brentwood Asset Advisors where he assisted clients in financial planning and asset allocation.

Daniel represents Owners, Tenants, Investors, Buyers and Sellers of commercial real estate in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.  Daniel is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (A.I.R.) as well as an affiliate of ONCOR International.

Daniel resides in Westlake Village, CA where he enjoys playing golf and spending time with family.
