Danielle Knudson is Executive Vice President and a Principal at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services.  She specializes in local and national Tenant Representation out of DAUM’s Orange County, CA office.  Danielle started working for DAUM in 2003 and works with corporations and space users to service all of their entire real estate needs on a local, national, and international level. Danielle is a licensed Broker by the State of California.

Before entering the field of real estate, Danielle worked for Marriott International for five years.  The last three years of her Marriott career, Danielle helped the opening and continuous development of a new multi-million dollar timeshare resort in Newport Coast.  This resort was part of the very fast growing timeshare division of Marriott referred to as Marriott Vacation Club International.  Danielle was part of the management team at Newport Coast and developed and executed several new departments for the Front Office.In August, 2013 Danielle was recognized by The Irvine Company Office Properties as Broker of the Quarter in recognition for her work in negotiating a 45,000 SF lease for Title Resource Group and a 16,500 SF lease for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Company. In addition to Broker of the Quarter, Danielle was also recognized as one of the Brokers of the Year for 2013.  Danielle was also nominated for several SPIRE CRE Awards for CREW Orange County for Superior Performance in the category of Women in Commercial Real Estate and Superior Performance in Leasing.

EDUCATION & AWARDS
Danielle graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.  Throughout her educational career, Danielle has received numerous awards and recognitions, such as membership in the Golden Key National Honor Society, and numerous times on the Presidents List.

Danielle has been recognized by DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services as a Top Produce for 2013, 2014 and 2017 and was a part of the honorable President’s Club.

Danielle is a proud DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) member.

Danielle is also a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).

Born and raised in Orange County, Danielle is a sixth generation Californian.
