Danielle Knudson is Executive Vice President, Principal, and a top broker at DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services.  She specializes in local and national Tenant Representation out of DAUM’s Orange County, CA office.  Danielle started working for DAUM in 2003 and exclusively works with corporations and space users to service all of their entire real estate needs on a local, national, and international level. Danielle is a licensed Broker by the State of California.

Born and raised in Orange County, Danielle is a sixth generation Californian.

Danielle graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.  Throughout her educational career, Danielle has received numerous awards and recognitions, such as membership in the Golden Key National Honor Society, and numerous times on the Presidents List.

Danielle has assisted many clients with the relocation of their corporate headquarters, including, more recently, representing Murray Company on the purchase of their $19 Million office building in Cypress, CA in 2023.
