CAREER SUMMARY
Darrell began his career in the commercial real estate business in 1983 and has successfully completed over 1,000 lease and sale transactions.  Darrell was employed by the County of San Bernardino as a Real Property Agent within the Real Estate Services Department since 2000 and has recently returned to DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services.

SPECIALIZATION
In addition to specializing in office and retail leasing in representing both Landlords and Tenants, he has extensive experience in all phases of real estate development from land acquisition to the sale of the finished product. Darrell’s business activity throughout Riverside and San Bernardino County has resulted in the leasing or sale to an impressive list of clients.

Mr. Hale offers professional representation and consultation for the marketing of commercial buildings and land throughout the Inland Empire.
