His practice centers on complex, timing-sensitive real estate decisions tied to broader business objectives, including portfolio strategy, lease structuring, expansions, consolidations, and dispositions. He is known for a disciplined, advisory approach and for coordinating multi-market strategies that preserve clarity, control, and discretion for his clients.
In addition to his brokerage practice, David serves on the Board of Directors for NAIOP Inland Empire and as Co-Chair of NAIOP Inland Empire’s Developing Leaders program, where he contributes to the development of emerging commercial real estate professionals.
