David Steeves is a First Vice President of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services. David is an aggressive and dedicated broker who joined Daum in 2018. Mr. Steeves has managed major landlord representation requirements, handling portfolios for Bank of America’s Trust Asset Management Division, Mitsui Corporation, Exxon Mobil Retail and Exxon Mobil.

While continuing his efforts of representing buyers and tenants in sales and lease transactions, Mr. Steeves has successfully re-allocated a large portion of this time to assisting in development projects, advising client on major development and re-development projects throughout Southern California.

Prior to joining Daum, David worked at CBRE as Vice President from 1997 through 2017.

Mr. Steeves was the Exclusive Representative for both Exxon/Mobil Retail and Goodyear Tires in the Southern California market. He was responsible for all new site locations and negotiations, as well as any and all renewals. Mr. Steeves was also responsible for the disposition of any excess real estate holdings of Exxon/Mobil Retail in the Region.
