CAREER SUMMARY
Doran has been working at the Los Angeles office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services since 2005. Prior to joining  DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, he was involved in the wholesale food business.

SPECIALIZATION
Leasing and Sales of industrial property in the Central Los Angeles marketplace including the cities of Los Angeles, Vernon,  Santa Fe Springs, Commerce, East Los Angeles, and Montebello.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
-Sale of a ±35,000 SF Land Parcel located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.  Property was sold to a developer.
-Sale of a ±100,000 SF industrial building in the City of Industry.  The sale was an investment purchase by a family trust.
-Sale of a ±11,000 SF retail property on the Miracle Mile of Los Angeles.  Property was sold to the Korean Government to be used as a museum.
-Sale of a ±250,000 SF industrial complex in Dayton, OH on over 40 acres of land.  Property was sold to a private investor.
