He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Industrial Investment Properties on behalf of owners, landlords, and investors around Southern California. Prior to joining Daum, Dustin worked for a non-bank lender selling SBA 504, SBA7A, and conventional loans to owner/users all around California. This knowledge, coupled with his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, has provided Dustin with Valuable skills that he uses daily in all commercial real estate transactions.
