A native of New York, Ian graduated from The University of Arizona with a BS in Business in 2015. As an associate with DAUM’s Los Angeles industrial team, Ian specializes in tenant and landlord representation with a focus in Vernon and Commerce. He adds value to his clients by understanding the most recent trends in the industrial landscape and leveraging his relationships with investors, developers, owners, and tenants. Ian’s area of expertise includes lease and sale negotiations along with sourcing and developing new business opportunities in the Los Angeles Central Market. Known for his work ethic and perseverance, Ian pounds the pavement regularly to establish new relationships and dig up new opportunities.

Ian enjoys traveling and likes to stay active playing sports recreationally. Ian is a scratch golfer and participates in various USGA qualifying events.
