James grew up in Orange County where he developed a competitive spirit and strong work ethic through years of playing baseball and football. He continued his football career as a wide receiver at Chapman University while earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. As a leader on the football team, James helped the Panthers to the 2023 SCIAC Championship – an expierence that reinforced the value of discipline, accountability, teamwork, and perserverance that continue to shape his professional approach today.

Even before graduating from Chapman in May 2025,  James joined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services as an Associate, specializing in the leaseing and sales of industrial properties. He provides full-service commercial real estate advisiory services,  including marketing analysis, site selection, lease and sale negoations, investment sales, and owner/tenant representation throughout the San Gabriel Valley and Southern California.

Drawn to commercial real estate by a longstanding interest in investing, he has immersed himself in the SGV and Southern California industrial market, assisting owners, tenants, buyers, investors, with acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, and site selection. James has continued to build lasting relationships by providing responsive communication, thorough market knowledge, and a client-first approach. He understands that every transaction is unique and strive to deliver pratictical, strategic solutions that help clients achieve their real estate needs and objectives.

As a current participant in the AIR CRE NEXT program, James continues to expand his industry knowledge while building relationships with fellow commercial real estate professionals. James is dedicated to providing exceptional service while building long-lasting relationships founded on integrity, professionalism, and a relentless work ethic.
