CAREER SUMMARY
Jeff began his real estate career in 1983 at Fox Industrial Realty where he achieved Top Producer for 1984 to 1990.  From 1990 to 2008, Jeff was at Colliers as a Senior Vice President and earned Top Ten awards in 1992-1993 and the Circle of Excellence award in 1998 and 2002 through 2007.  He most recently worked at Grubb & Ellis as Senior Vice President and within the last six years Jeff closed more than 46 escrows and completed more than 86 lease transactions worth over $100,000,000 of industrial real estate in the Downtown Los Angeles market.  In 2009, Jeff was in the top 20 at Grubb & Ellis for the LA Metro area and for 2012 President’s Club for DAUM.

During Jeff’s 34 year career as an Industrial and Commercial Realtor in the Downtown Los Angeles area, he has represented large U.S. corporations, institutional owners, and sole proprietors completing over 1,200 transactions.  Due to his hard work, Jeff has developed a loyal customer base which has provided the opportunity to successfully complete transactions in 14 municipalities over the last 2 years.
