Jerry is a well established as a market expert specializing in the sale, acquisition and leasing of industrial/flex properties.  He has more than 21 years experience representing owners, developers, investors, tenants, and users.  His extensive experience in all phases of commercial real estate provides in-depth knowledge that leads to successful real estate solutions for his clients.  Since 2004, Jerry has completed sales transaction of land and buildings for over 4 million square feet with a total value of $85 million and over 700,000 square feet of lease transactions.  He is an expert at identifying opportunities that meet each client’s business objectives while being committed to a high level of service and accountability, keeping clients informed throughout the transaction process.
