Jerry has been working at the Los Angeles office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services since 1994. Prior to joining  DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, he was employed with Fox Industrial Realty from 1991 until 1993.

Lease and sale of industrial property in the Central Los Angeles marketplace including the cities of Los Angeles, Vernon,  Santa Fe Springs, Commerce, East Los Angeles, and Montebello.

MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
-Involvement in over $500,000,000.00 of transactions.
-Leased / Sold over 30 million square feet of property.
-Sale of a ±333,500 multi-tenant industrial property in the City of Vernon.
-±127,050 sf Lease of a national distribution center to a publicly traded garment company.
-Sale of a ±150,000 sf two building industrial complex in the City of Vernon.  The sale was an expansion of a Los Angeles based fabric company.
-Sold a ±115,000 sf industrial facility to a knitting manufacturing company.  The company was expanding it’s headquarters into the City of Pico Rivera.
-Sale of a ±45,000 sf build-to-suit state of the art produce facility in the city of Vernon.  The building included a ±23,000 sf of cooler/freezer space
– $95 Million Dollar sale of a fully leased building portfolio in Vernon, CA.
