CAREER SUMMARY
Mr. Panza is a relationship driven broker.  Since 1976, he has grown these relationships while working as a broker at Ashwill Burke, AIP Commercial,  The Seeley Company, Collins Commercial and now DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services.  Mr. Panza has brokerage relationships with 50 strong regional commercial brokerage companies throughout  North America, Mexico and Europe through DAUM’s affiliation with ONCOR International. Throughout his lengthy career in commercial real estate, Mr. Panza has been able to help his clients take maximum advantage of the many business cycle shifts.  He was there helping clients 20 years ago fix the problems caused by the Savings & Loan  system failure. Mr. Panza is busy today working with the many clients who have grown to know and trust his judgment assess how best to minimize their  short term costs and set themselves up to take advantage of the next shift in the cycle as we move through this transition phase into the next growth phase. Mr. Panza has brought his son, Keith, into the business to work with him as his teammate.  Keith brings  the analytic and computer skills to the team that compliment Mr. Panza senior’s historical understanding of the needs of the many businesses he as served and the many markets in which he has helped those businesses thrive.
