Mr. Lim has been in the real estate business for more than 10 years, specializing in both industrial and investment property transactions in Southern California. Mr. Lim has a proven track record of transaction volume of well over $400,000,000 since 2021. Mr. Lim is currently an Executive Vice President and a shareholder at DAUM Commercial (“DAUM”), working from the downtown Los Angeles, California office. Prior to joining Daum, he worked at JLL and was awarded JLL’s Gold Achiever award in both 2020 and 2021. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Lim worked at Marcus & Millichap. He was also previously with Daum Real Estate Services, where he was recognized in the National Top Seven Investment Professionals of 2015 and was named “Rookie of the Year.” Mr. Lim graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
