CAREER SUMMARY
Neil Mullarky is a licensed California Real Estate Agent with DAUM Commercial Real Estate. Neil began his career at Collins Commercial Real Estate in 2002. Collins Commercial merged with DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services in 2009 where Neil has continued to be a key contributor within the DAUM organization. Neil’s entire career has been a continual cultivation of client relationships with both small and large businesses in the immediate market areas of Orange County and South East Los Angeles. In addition to this local expertise, Mr. Mullarky has brokerage relationships with 50 strong regional commercial brokerage companies throughout North America, Mexico and Europe through DAUM’s affiliation with ONCOR International.  Neil has handled numerous leases and sales of all sizes for both landlords and tenants as well as assisted with new product development and investment sales.
