In Noah’s 15 years plus of experience in commercial real estate, he has represented Developers, Landlord’s, Tenants, Buyers, Sellers & Investors. Specializing in industrial buildings in the Inland Empire, Noah has developed a broad and deep understanding of the Inland Empire Industrial Market. The majority of Noah’s Listings and Representation assignments were developed through extensive marketing efforts and his proprietary marketing ecosystem approach. Noah has worked with a wide variety of Industrial Owner/Users, Institutions and Private Investors on the sale, leasing and placement of funds into investment properties in the Inland empire. In 2019 Noah was invited to become a Principal & Shareholder in DAUM Commercial and was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President.
