Ryan is an industrial and commercial property specialist with over eight years experience in commercial real estate and sixteen years of successful experience in business to business and medical sales. Ryan understands the challenges business owners face on a day to day basis. He is a skilled negotiator, self-starter, and excellent communicator. He is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate, and Marketing.

Ryan is a part of one of the most successful industrial real estate sales and leasing teams in Orange County. His team has sold or leased over 45 million square feet of industrial space over the past 25 years. Ryan commits a good portion of each day to talking with industrial users and property owners throughout northern Orange County. He is an excellent source of information on lease rates, sale prices, and availabilities (both those on and off the market) throughout the county.
