Steve started with DAUM in 1984 after a successful fifteen-year sales career in the office equipment industry. He rejoined DAUM in 1999 after spending several years as Director of Marketing for one of the leading industrial real estate developers in Phoenix, and has been a consistent member of DAUM Presidents Club. Steve became a principal shareholder in 2004.

Over the years, Steve has represented property owners and tenants in the Phoenix metropolitan area. He has been instrumental in building and land sales, leasing transactions, and investment sales. One of Steve’s areas of expertise is coordinating design build projects, which includes site searches, land acquisition, general contractor selection and mortgage financing options.
